Amr is a banking and financial sector specialist with over 15 years’ experience across Syrian commercial banking, financial sector development, and international advisory environments.

He has advised international financial institutions and development partners, including the World Bank, IFC, and EU-supported programmes, on financial sector mapping, banking system readiness, credit risk, and regulatory assessments.

Amr leads the firm’s work on financial sector and institutional analysis, banking system credibility and reform context, engagement with international stakeholders, and research-driven diagnostics and strategic advisory.
